|This senior specialist position provides legal administrative expertise by ensuring that global patent application docketing, filing particulars, grants, annuities, and records are current, accurate, and in accordance with international legal treaties and statutory requirements, as proceduralized in Lilly’s global patent procurement policies and procedures (GP4). The position reports to the director of IP legal operations, is a member of the central Patent Support Group (PSG), and requires a Team Lilly commitment to ensuring no loss of patent rights due to administration error.The position requires a commitment to data integrity, attention to detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, strong reading comprehension and proofreading skills, proven prioritization, organization, and typing/writing/verbal communication skills, ability to self-manage and establish/meet deadlines, and provide oversight for vendor-provided services.
