Senior Inside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Inside Sales Coordinator with Graphic Experience to join our team in our Cork, Ireland office. You will be part of a busy and growing global business, delivering strong visual communication to our internal business sectors, whilst exploring new market opportunities externally.
Co-ordinates and develops sales documents using applicable tools, guidelines and templates.
Works to develop and implement opportunity response plans i.e. activities, deliverables, owners, milestones etc. and monitors progress.
Develops draft sections of sales documents that communicate the value proposition, through analysis and synthesis of raw data gathered from members of the response team.
Conducts appropriate internal/external research and responds to internal requests for information in support of pursuit efforts for own and other offices.
Develops new or updates existing sales qualification materials for current and future pursuit efforts in order to maximize quality and efficiency of sales document preparation.
This position is aligned with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM).
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The core duties and responsibilities of the Senior Inside Sales Coordinator (SISC) fall into four broad categories: Research and Analysis, Sales Material Development, Opportunity Response Co-ordination, and Knowledge and Process Management.
Research and Analysis:
Conducts client, competitor and market research, as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development and provides corresponding analysis.
Collaborates with the designated core client sponsorship team to establish and populate dedicated core client SharePoint sites and supports the development of documented client strategies and related information.
Sales Material Development:
Provides original writing for proposals and marketing materials, as required, which support the sales message.
Interacts regularly with operations personnel to support development of sales material (e.g. conducts interviews of Subject Matter Experts).
Proofs and edits technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
Organizes and participates in response-related meetings (internal and/or client), as appropriate.
Opportunity Response Co-ordination:
Works with designated response team members to develop opportunity response plans in alignment with our Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process.
Manages response efforts for client questionnaires, qualifications requests, sales opportunities that are smaller in size and/or complexity, and volumes/sections on larger opportunities.
Works with inside/outside sales and operating segments to identify response requirements and develop a realistic approach and schedule for the response.
Monitors progress against the opportunity response plan.
Coordinates response reviews and approvals.
Coordinates and/or manages production of response documents.
Knowledge and Process Management:
Controls, maintains and supports proposal collaboration tool (eRoom) content and use, and manages training.
Develops, prepares, and updates/maintains non-opportunity specific / additional sales qualification and reference materials (including résumés, project descriptions and organization charts) in designated information management systems.
Oversees various knowledge management and database systems, ensures effective use of these tools within the organization, and contributes to further development of these tools.
Works with supervisor/manager to improve processes, identify/correct problems, and document revisions to procedures.
Shares information (resumes, project descriptions, qualification data, etc.), knowledge, and best practices with inside sales staff company-wide.
Takes ownership of our standards to develop/improve, implement and present a consistent appearance/style in compliance with our corporate identity for all business development media (external marketing communications, public relations, project descriptions, qualification packages, presentation graphics, résumés, leaflets, etc.).
Trains and mentors junior personnel.
May co-ordinate ISC and Creative Specialist personnel, as applicable.
Will work with the ISM to track and monitor bid and proposal (B&P) budget for selected pursuits.
Must provide graphics and desktop publishing skills:
Provide high level document and slide formatting/design for proposals, presentations, advertisements, brochures, banners, tradeshow materials and other marketing & sales support collateral.
Design and produce a wide variety of graphics including tables, org charts, matrices, maps, and other information graphics.
Translates technical information into effective visual concepts & design.
Use your creative problem solving to develop detailed processes which assist the creation of comprehensive design solutions that engage, delight, and inspire
Develops and recommends new/improved processes and methodologies for accomplishing graphics work.
Conducts research and recommends enhancements or upgrades to graphics techniques, equipment, and file structures / organization.
Candidate should be highly proficient with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, in a PC environment, with advanced level understanding of styles, master pages, and page formatting techniques; should possess a strong understanding of design principles and typography; and have some experience/familiarity with other creative software tools in the Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Experience with other creative software, including alternative presentation, interactive/multimedia, video editing, and HTML programming tools a plus.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or other technical or related discipline from a four-year college or university. Similar working level obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree level education.
Work may be required after hours and on weekends, and sometimes on short notice. Must also be willing and able to travel.
