The field marketing specialist is responsible for supporting field marketing plans for the organization to help acquire, retain and grow customers and deliver growth across company segments. He/she will further develop skills involving customer targets, sales strategy and pipeline to ensure greatest possible success of programs.
Execute marketing projects. Execute initiatives such as content development, optimization, advertising, events logistics, etc., to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.
Write. Execute solid written skills to successfully build collateral, programs and other supporting materials.
Collaborate. Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote brand awareness, coordinate market research and marketing campaign tactical efforts.
Build relationships. Works with various marketing functions to understand and help further marketing effectiveness goals.
Communicate. Use strong communications skills to communicate project progress across marketing teams.
Manage budget. Manages aspects of tracking project budget.
Track ROI. Track key marketing KPIs for ROI evaluation.
Implement marketing strategy. Research market and competitors to implement marketing strategies.
Support company visibility. Construct creative ideas to support brand and company visibility internally and externally.
Execute creative content. Review market-leading marketing content, campaign assets, and sales enablement assets to execute across multiple channels
Develop marketing campaigns. Execute on an established comprehensive lead generation/demand creation plan.
Generate leads. Execute repeatable processes for lead generation and follow-up. Provide effective and timely communication updates for programs.
Sharpen your knowledge. Review the key marketing KPI’s, including marketing sources, marketing attribution to pipeline, revenue, average selling price, and time to close. Experience testing for pre-launch evaluations.
Carry out field events. Fulfill field event plans and logistics, remaining within allotted budget.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2+ years of relevant marketing experience
